I would definitely not advise using the shop. They had my bike for weeks. It was supposed to be a simple brake job in the rear. And have them try and figure out why it was slipping. They never figured out why it was slipping. They made it where I almost missed my trip. Got my bike back to me the day before I was leaving. Knowing that I had worked that I needed to do to the bike before I left. They had every excuse in the book why the work wasn't done.
