Horrible customer service. Charged $2,000 for doing nothing.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Once you take something to these people, they will come up with a million other things being wrong that actually aren’t and charge you a bunch to get every dime they can. Absolutely do not recommend. They are very vulgar when confronted and can’t hold a conversation.
Refused to work on either of my motorcycles and virtually berated me for owning an older Honda cb and a Harley softail. They’re more into the newer bmw bikes of other foreign bikes.
Asked for an estimate and was told it’d be a few days… after him calling me several times in the roughly two weeks he had my bike, I was only informed of things he’d found that he feels needs worked on. I denied some but approved others but felt he was trying to get as much outta me as he could so I denied most of it, not all. I get a call that my bike is ready but more work was needed.
