Do NOT do business with these people. Extremely rude staff, with an automated calling system that will spam you while at work repeatedly day after day. Finally got ahold of them just for them to say they needed to call me back. Told them what day and time was good for them to call me back just for them to not call me and I had to call them yet again. All of that just for them to tell me an outrageous out of pocket price for just 3 days of monitoring. Which of course prompted me to cancel the monitor. Absolute joke of a compa... read more

These people are complete con artists and shouldn’t even be in business. They make the process nearly impossible, use shady and deceptive billing practices, their staff are beyond rude, uninformed and unprofessional and their equipment is disgusting and unsanitary. It’s just a barrage of phone calls from random numbers, never the same one twice, (they refuse to use any other means of communication) during business hours (M-F) and they get angry if you don’t drop work to talk to them. Precision Monitoring was such an amazing holter experience. The tech was so considerate when I told her I was sensitive to the electrodes and she went out of her way to get me some hypoallergenic electrodes. The rep is very educated and took great care of me as well.

They never sent the monitor. Never called my insurance and lied to us multiple times. Request a different monitor service. They do not file wirh insurance. They lie
