I had service on today and if i could give 10 stars i would. It was truly a stellar service. I had a thorough diagnostic done on my 2011 nissan altima and i feel like i was given everything that was needed on my car without the monet grab. My car runs better than ever. Im happy. We couldn't be happier with the services provided by Precision Mobile Mechanic. After being ripped off by previous mechanics who, not only, didn't fix my problem, but also made it worse, and charged an exorbitant price, I contacted Precision. We set up a diagnostic appointment where they were able to recognize the damage that had been done and come up with a plan to get it fixed. I am filled with overwhelming happiness because i was in a real bind and they were able to come to my parents home and fix my car for a reasonable price and he fixed it the correct way unlike the 3 mechanics that had touched my car. Very professional and I will be using them again as soon as I recover financially from my previous services. Thank you again Tom and Jessica ☺️
