Terrible patient/customer service. Intake person prior to my appointment today was extremely unprofessional, rude, and demeaning throughout the entire experience to the point where I will be canceling this appointment and taking my needs/concerns elsewhere. Patients come first and should not be made to feel uncared for, customer service and professionalism should be taken seriously and is very important. Please have management or whomever speak with the intake person to stress this. This was a very unpleasant experience.
I wish I could give zero stars! I showed up ahead of time for my FIRST TIME appointment, checked in online and no one was there! I sat outside for 22 mins, stayed 5 mins after my appointment time, and still no one showed up. This should not be the first impression you give for a first time patient. I will not be back.
I booked appointment for online with Dr. Okey Christopher Nwozo,MD because it stated he treats mental health but he’s not even a doctor. He asks for proof from another doctor with your diagnosis because he’s an intern and not even a doctor. I came to him to treat my ADHD and new anxiety medication. The doctor kept me on same anxiety medication that is basically a allergy medication. I actually have better results with allergy medication then my anxiety medication.
