Everyone here was professional, kind, and respectful from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and the medical assistant and physician explained everything clearly. The office was clean and organized, and I appreciated how thorough the visit was. It’s refreshing to find a clinic that makes patients feel comfortable.

Dr okey is great my experience with precision has been nothing but good the staff is awesome dr okey has helped me so much getting me the medication I need and helping me with any problems I've hade with my health
Terrible patient/customer service. Intake person prior to my appointment today was extremely unprofessional, rude, and demeaning throughout the entire experience to the point where I will be canceling this appointment and taking my needs/concerns elsewhere. Patients come first and should not be made to feel uncared for, customer service and professionalism should be taken seriously and is very important. Please have management or whomever speak with the intake person to stress this. This was a very unpleasant experience.
I wish I could give zero stars! I showed up ahead of time for my FIRST TIME appointment, checked in online and no one was there! I sat outside for 22 mins, stayed 5 mins after my appointment time, and still no one showed up. This should not be the first impression you give for a first time patient. I will not be back.
