At first, why I chose Precision to look at and quote my car was due to the way Nathan, the owner, answered my phone call. I had rung many different mechanics around Dunedin that day and found them very disconnected and frustrating as a customer. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren leider mit unserem Wagen liegen geblieben. Zum Glück haben wir bei Precision Mechanical sofort einen Termin bekommen und es wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Nathan und sein Team wirkten überaus professionell und waren völlig transparent bei den durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie den erwarteten Kosten. Can't thank Nathan enough for how much he helped when my van broke down outside Dunedin while travelling the South Island. I was on a time crunch and had to leave the van with them while I went to the North Island. The team were very understanding regarding the position I was in, were incredibly helpful, honest and transparent about what was needed to be done and my best options. Super trustful and honest! As an Asian who drives BMW, I get charged high price every where. Previously I had to paid 1000+ dollars to fix an engine oil linking problem, or 700 dollars to buy a LED turning signal bubble (adding the bubble installing labor fee, the cost is more than 1000+). But here, also an engine oil linking problem, they only charged me $600! I almost cry when I heard this price, while I have to pay double price to swap a bloody turning bubble.
