Good company with Great management
Broken Welders, zero communication about what the assignment is, ghetto, don't give you time to get water or use the bathroom, make you weld fast and sloppy, don't care about precision of the work, just accuracy to get it done. Your welding doesn't get better, they make your ability worsen to reach the quota. You have to buy your own gloves, face shield, grinder, and when it gets stolen or misplaced they don't take any accountability. If you misplace their tools it comes out of your check. Excellent people they unload fast a little difficult to maneuver around dock sometimes cluttered with racks but overall great place
