Terrible. The office is nice but work i paid too dollar for needed to be redone by another marina. Supposedly carburetors were adjusted and cleaned, both had cracked and leaking bowls that were replaced by another mechanic and problem solved. Not the only problem missed Avoid them, find a real mechanic who cares.
I was told my cost would be about $400 for winterization and storage when I picked up my 14-ft boat in the spring. When spring came, the charge was $648 and I was told my payment had been due in the fall. I said, no, we agreed you would work on the boat and I would pay in the spring when I picked it up. Tracy denied saying these things. We didn’t pick it up right away in the spring, and rather than warn us that they charge late fees for boats not picked up on time, they simply charged another $100.
