Kathy who answers the phone is absolutely ABSURD!!! Very unprofessional and rude! I will never be using this company and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Any company who allows someone that rude and unprofessional to answer phones and talk to customers isn’t ideal.

Cathy Hamlin was very rude and unprofessional when I came in to retrieve a W-2 today that has been asked for multiple times. Glad to see she hasn't changed. She is rude and detrimental to all the employees. If she talked to a customer like she talked to the employees you would go out of business real quick.
