5 stars, no doubt about it. I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did. Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Very courteous & professional service. I had my keys replaced on my 2008 Buick Lucerne cxl & they came came to my home that was 85 mile round trip without any additional charge. Very pleased with their service.
