They failed to even find the exact cause of the problem and "fixed" a phantom leak. Of course the problem continued until Pinch a Penny told me what the real problem was and how to correct. The Precision owner then promised (on two occassions) to reimburse me for the expense I had to pay to actually fix the leak. That was two weeks ago and so far no response. Looks like his word was about as good as his abilty to detect the real cause of the leak. Buyer beware!
