I’m Very unhappy with the service I received from Mike and precision lawn maintenance. Mike was referred to me by a company that cut down trees in my front yard. I had a good bit of area that needed prepped for seed. I hired precision lawn maintenance to Do small excavating. I paid them to. bring in good topsoil and plant seed. It has been four months and Grass will not grow with the topsoil they brought in. Mike refuses to respond to a text message or return a phone call.
