Job was to pull weeds and spray in a small condo's backyard rocks. First off everyone that I talked with in person and over the phone were great. First I would just say keep track of when and how many people are onsite and what they are doing. Secondly I was told I would be getting text updates and did not get a one, even verified number with them and let them know. I requested the following property renovations with a Precision project manager: (1) replacement and re-grading of most of my front yard soil; (2) replacement of grass seed on the newly replaced and re-graded soil; and (3) replacement of three overgrown/damaged plants (located in front of my house) with young plants of the same variety. Kyle was great to work with and responsive to questions and requests. The initial quote was very detailed which was appreciated and gave us confidence that Precision fully understood what we were looking to achieve. Our project included dirt backfill around our foundation, adding mulch, removing and leveling an existing patio (looks great!) , and applying new polymeric sand.
