Owner has some major anger management issues. Heard him screaming at someone on his lot. Very unprofessional! From the recent reviews I have seen the work is sub par. Definitely wouldn't not recommend them!

We had our landscaping updated and they did an excellent job. The salesperson Jeff worked with us to find a solution that would help with runoff water as well along with Tim and all the guys. They are booked pretty far out so plan on waiting but that is a problem with every good company these days.

Be very careful with the bills you get for this company. I received a bill for April and paid it. A few weeks later, I got a copy of the same bill saying it was still due. I had no proof that I had paid that amount as their new webpage for payments sent me no receipt of the payment. I decided I would keep a eye on it. Then I received the bill for May and paid it. I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 1/2 years. I have been on the yearly treatment plan four times a year for weeding and feeding of my lawn. I have complained numerous times that they are not treating my backyard. last fall when I called, I was told That they would come back and retreat my backyard and they never did show up. I work from home and when they came and treated My lawn I was at home and they never entered my backyard. Last year (2024) PLC failed to control my crabgrass. I've called twice this year (2025) to see when my service would start. Each call, I was told within the week. That was 6 weeks ago. BTW, I live one block from their office.
