This company is the worst landscape company I’ve ever seen!!! I live at Tamberlane Condos and they have ruined our property. I had the owner come look at the disaster they caused and he said” chalk it up to a learning experience”????? Our property can’t afford their learning experience. They are ruining our property value. Almost everything they touch dies. After they have chopped into pieces they leave the branches all over the ground and hanging from trees: many more photos.
This Precisión landscape, works in my community and they do such lousy work. I would not recommend this people to anybody. They truly suck!
The dirt road at 95th Ct and North on Old Dixie 33403 is blocked by their trucks, equipment, employees' cars, and delivery vehicles from Howard fertilizer. I live next to it. Precision cares more for the corner building. They don't care about other people's yard and drive. I get blocked. My car gets stuck in pot holes. I get flat tires there. The mail boxes repeatedly get vandalised.
By far the worst irrigation company I have ever seen in my life. Main water sprinkler line in our neighborhood has been broken since Thursday. Unfortunately it’s right on the other side of our fence. The guys job on Friday was to simply come diagnose and turn off the water so it would not flood anymore. He came looked and said he didn’t have the parts or anything he needed, and that he turned the water off only for it to flood out again.
