Delay in getting city permit dispute to a breakdown on their end. Their communication with customer leaves a list to be desired. Plumber was supposed to come back today due to a leak in backfllow. Been waiting all day and no plumber....I called to see if they could let me know what was going on and the person I need to talk to in a meeting. Now it's after hours and no phone call from anyone. The city permit processed was delayed also due to negligence on their end. System isn't even up and running and I am very disappointed ... read more
I started using Precision Irrigation in the fall of 2012 for an issue with the sprinkler controller and was impressed with the services I received. Randy came to my home and explained thoroughly the process and details of exactly what I needed and was honest about what I did not. I just began my Spring visits and everything looks terrific!
Unmatched professionalism and customer service.... excellent workmanship. At completion, time was taken to walk us through and teach us about our irrigation system.
