If you ever want a new phlebotomist practicing on your 80 year old mom or dad then Precison is the place for you. Worst place ever, you can’t trust the staff, phlebotomist, or results. There’s a serious disconnect going on and a lack of leadership. My experience was the worst for one nobody called me to set up an appointment, and so I have a stranger knocking on my door too early in the morning is not great. So great! Best service and quick results
I would rate LOWER than 1 star if possible. A Precision Lab staff person came to my 88 year old mothers assisted living facility and drew blood on my mother (NOT the correct person). The staff person failed to follow basic safety protocol of asking my mother her name and birthday to identify if she was the correct person. The staff person removed my mother from the dining room and walked to her room where her name is clearly posted on her door.
