Nicole was our first encounter: friendly, knowledgeable, making me feel very comfortable. Guided me through decisions with purchases and recycling the gold pieces I brought. Myself and my now wife have gone here for her engagement ring, our wedding bands, and our wedding gifts. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make decisions and can talk to pretty much anyone. If they didn't have something that was in the catalog, they could get it in a reasonable amount of time.
I'm so grateful to everyone here for their part in creating a beautiful, one-of-a-kind ring for my 20th anniversary. They were able to use the gold from my original set to create it, which is so awesome. They were transparent about pricing, created the CAD, kept me up-to-date on the progress, and even went above and beyond when some of the rubies ended up not matching once set - they found another source and set new rubies to ensure that the ring they promised me would be exceptional, not half-butted or rushed.
