Horrible customer service over the phone.
Good torque wrench but seriously lacks customer support by Precision Instruments (this is not an issue with Zoro). Sent one back for “full-service, flat rate repair”. I was advised it was bent and could not be repaired which I didn’t have a huge problem with but then proceeded to offer a “credit and discount” towards the purchase of a new one which I did appreciate. The problem was the purchase price after “credit and discount” was higher than what the wrench could be purchased for at numerous tool suppliers. In essence, no ... read more
I wish I could have enjoyed a fine torque wrench but after waiting for 5 months, after I placed my order, to be told it would be another 5 months is a bit ridiculous.
