This was my second visit to Precision Imports, and my repairs were completed on time. In my first experience, while they were unsuccessful in fixing a difficult CEL issue, Ralph was honest with me, and even though they put a couple hours into the diagnostic, he didn't charge me because he couldn't fix it. That honestly earned Ralph and Precision Imports my future business.
I just wanted to give a big shout out to this place.. totally professional honest. Was the main person that helped me he is amazing he went above and beyond to help my situation thank you Frank I'm eternally grateful, don't think twice about going here these people are amazing
