I've been working with Aaron from PHP for a couple of months now and I'm blown away by his attention to detail, knowledge, and ability to adapt to my personal goals. The whole staff is really friendly and the equipment is the best I've seen around Chicago. It's a very comfortable environment for all levels of training. I highly recommend checking this boutique gym out if you're in the neighborhood!
