Experience with servicing of Honda CRV 2004, was not at all upto the mark as an authorized Honda service centre expectations was much higher than any local independent garages. Labour charges are exceptionally high...........
Wish I could give this place a 0 star. Went there with my 2026 civic sport They did not even looked at the issue that I was there for and said that I did not informed them after making me wait for 4 hours and the funny part is that I had an appointment.Literally took them 4 hours to do an oil change. Stephen was my advisor who informed me that we do a complimentary car wash as well. Reached out to him 3 times and the reply was the same that my car was next. Excellent customer service. Deidre made my experience a very easy and pleasant one. I'm definitely going to recommend this location to my family and friends. I've found my favourite location to get my car serviced.
I had a great experience at Honda, thanks to my service advisor (Deidre Knight).She was extremely kind ,knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The service was completed on time, and the communication throughout was excellent. I truly appreciate the honesty and efficiency. Highly recommended!
