I will be puchasing a new Honda passport in the near future. Not from here!!! Ready Honda was great. Not anymore!!!Made an oil change appointment. Came in Saturday 10am.Was told 8 cars were ahead of me. I made an appointment. Could and should have been notified about the wait!!! Will be at least an hour and half. The service has been declining here over the past 5 years. I've purchased 3 defective Honda batteries for my 98 civic here in the past 5 years and they both stopped holding a charge within 2 years. Then I'm told that batteries normally don't last much longer than 2 years and unlike the previous defective battery having a 5 year warranty, this defective battery would fall under the previous battery warranty and would not be covered.
