I had engine lights on my CR-V for a few months and spent around $1,500 at other places without getting the issue fixed. Precision Honda was able to diagnose and fix the problem under the extended warranty coverage, with only the diagnostic costs paid by me. A special thanks to Aloysius for his excellent service. He arranged a loaner car and helped with pick-up and drop-off during the diagnostic visits. Very professional and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend Precision Honda!
I had a great experience with Peter Scheffler when I brought my car in to have the side-view mirror replaced. He did everything you would expect from an excellent Service Manager, but his attitude, kindness, and customer service were truly next level. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Honda is very lucky to have such a genuinely customer-focused and caring person on their team.
