HORRIBLE service! Such a SCAM !!! Made me going back and froth wasting my TIME & GAS. After oil changed I have to wait for my advisor 10 minutes. The service included "car wash" but I came three different times for services and they never wash my car. This time I came back inside to address that before I leave. The advisor told me he thought I was in a hurry... lol really? I was waiting everytimes for 1 to 11/2 hr, sometimes even two hrs.. Today I went to Precision Honda service department because I bought a car from another brand dealership. I wanted a Honda expert advise on the SUV I'm purchasing, because I was unsure of few concerns I had with that vehicle. At the service desk, I met with Denis, one of the service managers, who was veryyyy helpful to me, I walked in feeling anxious and uncertain about my decision buying the SUV but after speaking with Denis, I was alot relieved, he also took me on a test drive, a similar model SUV and gave me his advice. Very good experience. Fast, no hassle. Air conditioning service diagnosed and fixed in about 5 hours or so. Free Uber, instead of shuttle service, no waiting for the driver, Uber is almost instant, so that was nice. They have their own body shop too. We'll come again for my next service appointment.
