I had a great experience at Honda, thanks to my service advisor (Deidre Knight).She was extremely kind ,knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The service was completed on time, and the communication throughout was excellent. I truly appreciate the honesty and efficiency. Highly recommended!
I will be puchasing a used Honda passport or ridgeline in the near future. Not from here!Ready Honda was great. Not anymore. I recently had an issue with the sunroof on my Honda Civic Touring that would not close, so I stopped by Honda hoping someone could assist me. I was fortunate enough to meet Denis Tagabari, who went above and beyond to help. Denis kindly closed my sunroof free of charge and took the time to explain the potential repair costs. As soon as they sell the car they stop their customer service. Have tried solving a simple issue with them for more than a month still am not able to reach them. Very poor experience I had. Would not recommend you to visit this place
I was at Precision Honda Service for my battery issue and asked a couple of questions regarding what is included in the warranty and what is not and some concerns that I had as my car is not that old. I was treated very nicely by Hanshee and she was new at the service center and she asked the service manager for some help to answer my questions but I really was not treated well by the manager himself and the tone was totally different and a little bit rude and I expected that the manager will answer my concerns or questions ... read more
