I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Kicks from Precision Honda, and I’m very disappointed with the way my issue has been handled. When I bought the vehicle, I was told that the cargo/privacy cover for the trunk was not available at the time and that I would be contacted once it arrived. After 3–4 months, nobody contacted me, so I eventually forgot about it.
