Short term lease facility across from rail yard. Train is loud if you need to sleep. Logan Apartments. Absolutely disgusting. Reeks of cigarette smoke. They charge you a $75 cleaning fee even if you leave it ultra clean. When I moved in there was hair everywhere, the shower had soap scum and it smelled so bad I brought my own ozone machine. The laundry room is appalling. Filthy machines. Gross floor.
I need to start this by saying I have never rented from Precision Homes, but my singular experience with them was bad enough for me to write a negative review. This morning I woke up to find two dumpsters had been moved in front of the driveway my husband and I have been using for the past year and a half. This was frustrating, as I am disabled and relied on having a close parking space to make things a bit easier for me. I do not recommend renting from these folks. Even for a short-term rental (I ended up staying a total of four nights), I was asked to sign a month-long lease (I was told this is what had to be done in order to make sure the room would not be rented to anyone else). During my stay, I communicated with Sheri Lepore, who seemed to prefer text messages but got upset when I contacted her this way after-hours.
