They're nice enough til you pay the deposit/first month. Afterwards you're treated like less than human for putting in work orders. It's the only place I've ever had mold/cockroaches/. The "central air" hasnt worked in 10 out of the 14 months I've been here and it took them 6 months for them to even offer the code for the laundry room. I have at least 3 work orders theyve marked as completed without doing anything. Julie and Sherri started out pleasant, but when I pointed out their obligations as landlords under law (inconsistent with the lease) all bets were off. Brush up on tenants rights before renting, and be prepared to fight for them.
Short term lease facility across from rail yard. Train is loud if you need to sleep. Logan Apartments. Absolutely disgusting. Reeks of cigarette smoke. They charge you a $75 cleaning fee even if you leave it ultra clean. When I moved in there was hair everywhere, the shower had soap scum and it smelled so bad I brought my own ozone machine. The laundry room is appalling. Filthy machines. Gross floor.
I need to start this by saying I have never rented from Precision Homes, but my singular experience with them was bad enough for me to write a negative review. This morning I woke up to find two dumpsters had been moved in front of the driveway my husband and I have been using for the past year and a half. This was frustrating, as I am disabled and relied on having a close parking space to make things a bit easier for me.
