I do not recommend renting from these folks. Even for a short-term rental (I ended up staying a total of four nights), I was asked to sign a month-long lease (I was told this is what had to be done in order to make sure the room would not be rented to anyone else). During my stay, I communicated with Sheri Lepore, who seemed to prefer text messages but got upset when I contacted her this way after-hours. Do not rent here! Precision Homes is awful. Very unprofessional too. The scammed us out of money and sent threatening text messages. Avoid if possible.
I do not reccomend using anything related to this company. My experience with them was strained difficult and for lack of a better word painful to get anything done. The longer I hung around town and asked around the more I heard the less I wanted to be involved with this company. We were renting for 3 months before we moved along and were seeking to persue a better accommodations after they railroaded us (me and my wife) for over a 1000 dollars a month for a single room in a shared biulding with other people.
