Odd time for a review, but 15 years later we could not be happier with our home. The process, the care and craftsmanship, the whole experience with Lloyd and his trades was great. We have have had family use him for their custom homes. That might be the highest type of review. Thanks Lloyd.
Building my dream home with precision homes was the best decision ever. I would recommend them to anyone. They listen to your needs and they deliver.
First time building a house, and we chose precision homes. Used one of their designs and adjusted to our requirements. They explained things clearly on every step of the process. No unexpected expenses. I work on the road at odd times so it is hard to schedule meetings or appointments, he accommodated us and made sure selections were picked early so not to delay any steps. Built our first home with Precision Homes. Lloyd was great to deal with, knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I had an issue, or a question, Lloyd was easy to get ahold of, and able to meet me on site to address any issues or concerns. We would not hesitate to build another home with Lloyd or Precision Homes again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.
