My overall experience with this home builder was positive. They guided us through every stage, from initial design to final handover. The team was approachable and open to feedback, which made communication easier. There were a few delays during construction, but they kept us informed. The final result meets our expectations in both design and quality. The structure feels solid, and the finishing work shows attention to detail, making it a comfortable and well-built home.
Fred was a delight to work with. Very easy to work with and alter plans as necessary. Prompt to respond and meticulous with financial responsibility as projected. Extensive deck addition reflects excellence and value in every way.
We had an incredible experience with Precision Homes building our home in 2025. Our main contact Shane was on top of everything and always thinking of head. This caused our build timeline to fly by. He was at the property multiple times per day sometimes making sure everything was being built to his standards. We had an issue after hours and Shane was over in just a few minutes to help remedy. Picking a home builder can be stressful but Precision lives up to their fabulous reputation.

We attended Precision Homes Christmas Celebration, which was amazing. The atmosphere they created was well thought out and all of the employees were welcoming to all. The craftsmanship of the model homes are outstanding and I would urge anyone looking to build their dream home to check them out.
