Love love love our new home! We are so thankful we chose them after talking to multiple builders. This is our 3rd home we have built (first with PH) and the quality of this home is unmatched based on our past experiences. They really do treat you like a family and bring so much honesty/transparency to the entire process. If we do this again, we will ONLY use precision. 2 bathroom remodels completed back to back and we couldn’t be more pleased - with BOTH! Fred, Levi, Rick, and Wes are THE BEST! They deliver the whole package from close attention to detail, listening to what the homeowner’s vision is, working hard and showing up on time each and every day, and top it off with the whole team being professional/polite. This is the team you need for your build or remodel! Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

What an excellent experience! If you are looking to build a new home, Precision is the way to go! From Amber Carrera in the sales office to Josh Peters as our superintendent, this process has been a wonderful one! I highly recommend Precisions homes! From start to finish it was truly amazing experience! The owner, Jason, is just a great person and was always willing to help us! Our sales associate Amber is so knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Additionally, she gave us great advice on so many aspects of the new build process.
