I waited 2 years to write this review to fully make sure we were happy with our new build and the service. We had a great experience working with Pavel & Alena. They were easy to work with, responding to texts/calls/and emails. They were available every step of the way. I was so hesitant with doing a fully custom home because we've heard so many horror stories. It's been 2 years and we've had no major issues. Bought a house in the winter Precison Homes already built. We found out that Spring they didn’t water the grass for a year and let the whole yard die. Water has been leaking into our attached garage since we bought the home. Asked Paul who did roofing and he wouldn’t give me the name of the contractor. Our vinyl siding that Precison Homes installed incorrectly and has been blowing off the side of our house ever since we bought it until a different company fixed it.
Pavel at Precision Homes did a great job with putting on a new roof at our house. This wasn't an insurance job, and he did a great job pricing it for a home owner. His contractors were flexible in making changes to make the project right. When we pointed out areas that could be better, Pavel made sure they were corrected.
I am super pleased with Pavel and Precision Homes for the remarkable work he did on my home. The project was a resounding success, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
