PLEASE be careful when looking at this place to buy a home!!! They are not what they seem!!! They cover up mold, they lie on the NADA report to be able to sell it for more. I personally would not recommend anyone here, but if you are still set on it, get a report of your own just so you can make sure you are paying for the home what it is really worth. These homes do depreciate in value, but you do not need a fake NADA report making it worse on you. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
