11/10/20 Last week I received a phone call from Precision Home Services regarding an up coming multi home cleaningservice. This was set up by one of my neighbors (Mrs. Hawk) for better rate than by doing on your own. A lady named Missy, had a pleasant voice and a professional attitude. I have used Precision Home Services a couple of times now, with great results. I'm occasionally inspired to "do it myself", but my property was originally built in 1937, and at this point there is not a plumb wall, square corner, or level surface in the place. When I do try to "DIY", things therefore don't often go as originally intended. On the other hand, it's clear that Rob knows easily 10x more about this stuff than I have managed to pick up on YouTube and various "This Old House" episodes. Rob came out today to install two barn doors and fix my front door lock. He was punctual, professional, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better handyman! I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors and call on him for my next need.
