The job(s) done by Precision Home Builders on our home over the last seven years (remodels of kitchen, two bathrooms, floors, structural changes, adding a loft, decks, and hot tub room) have been done completed with professionalism and timely. They do quality workmanship.

Giving 5 stars to a contractor, never thought this was possible given past experiences but Precision Home Builders deserves them and more! When I had to hire a contractor for remodeling our kitchen (tearing down some walls, moving the kitchen from one place to another in the house...), I met with a few of them and Ivan was the most honest and convincing. We contacted with Precision Home Builders for a kitchen remodel involving several walls being taken down. The results were transformative to our house and we couldn’t be happier. We worked with Ivan from the start to draw our plans up and get appropriate building license from the city. We have hired recently Precision Home Builders to remodel our deck. This contractor was recommended by our architect, and even though we had couple other bids, we are very happy we stuck with Precision Home Builders. The project pricing was very reasonable, and what is more important, it did not explode by the end with changes we have made to the plan. The builder kept work within the promised schedule.
