Worst communication of any company I’ve ever dealt with had to look up the address to get here after having asked for it several times with no reply. The bucket wasn’t the correct size for my machine so I wasted a three round-trip for nothing. The young man who met me here was nice enough and apologized, but said that this is not the first time it’s happened either I wouldn’t do business with this company again and it’s a disappointment to have wasted so much time for nothing.
