After paying a $150 service fee for a heat pump consultation and quote, the contractor, "Joe," did not show up as promised. They quickly identified and fixed the issue with my heating system.
We had another wonderful experience with AC man. They are very prompt and responsive. I was able to get an appointment quickly to have my HVAC serviced. Called to schedule the appointment and she called to let me know when the technician was on the way. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.
