Owner/service guy…is amazing and very detailed. I would highly recommend him. I had an issue with my central air and he checked every possible thing to ensure everything was running as it should….. 10 stars.
Mike, is a master of his craft, thoughtful and meticulous. Complete instal of a new furnce and AC unit , all in the same day at fractions of what the "Big Guys" quoted! No questions if you need something one this is the place to call.
Heater went down while my husband was out on a weekend snowmobiling trip, he gave me Precisions number and they showed up within 2hrs and fixed our furnace yet again! Without my husband being here, Mike made me feel at ease and ok with someone in the house. Thank you Mike for your help and for getting my furnace up and running so fast, and for helping to me be at ease!

I could not recommend a business more!! My husband and I are fairly new homeowners, so when our 28 year old furnace broke down, we had no idea what to do. We immediately called "big name" HVAC companies in the area who were expensive, deceitful, dishonest, and unemphathetic.
