We have a new build, contact Precision. They were great, until our 2nd unit was finally brought out on a Sunday. We were told he would be out the next day and said we needed to pay other half of our estimate. He never showed, but sent his book keeper for our payment. That was in Feb. I have called, text and text. My wife’s phone number was blocked. We just want our job completed. The work that was done was great. How can you demand payment, but not do your job. Awesome fast friendly service! Our heat wouldn't stay on, they came and fixed it. We will definitely use them for our HVAC, plumbing and electrical we may experience in the future.
