If I could put less than 1 star I would. My wife had reached out to Haynes and he gave a quote and came out and did the job. Let me just tell you, this is the worst work I have ever seen from such an unprofessional individual. The unit isn’t level, isn’t cooling, and it looks like someone with no experience did it. I wouldn’t recommend him to my least favorite person.

We had a mini split installed by Haynes toward the end of January. Things went well for a little while, but then we noticed the unit and the room temperatures were off by about 6 degrees at times. I texted him and he responded and came out and said he fixed the issue which was leaking Freon. We also mentioned that we had read the unit must be level for it to function properly and it was very unlevel and requested he fix it. Trey and his team at Precision HVAC went above and beyond my expectations. From the start, he was very clear about the scope of work and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. They installed three mini splits and also serviced my existing system, and everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. The price was reasonable, the service was prompt and when it was determined that a new system was needed they were knowlegable and provided a number of solutions. The technicians were on Time and curtious. Worked quickly and efficiently, replacing the system in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. I would strongly recommend their services.

Haynes Gibson was knowledgeable, nice and actually cares about his customers in my experience and the pricing was fair. I would absolutely recommend Precision Heating an Air as a company to work with! However if you have a home warranty, Choice Home Warranty in my case, they are garbage and don’t give a shit about their customers.
