I have nothing but praise for my visit today. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Ryan was fantastic and knowledgeable. I felt very secure with his responses to my questions. It is concerning that there had been a software download that was not available to me until my annual visit. It would be better if these updates could be installed in a more timely manner. The rest of the visit went off without a hitch.
