Very friendly & efficient
Wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Doctor was all into his patient and very courteous. He gave truthful information about hearing aids and answered all of my questions. I am presently awaiting for my hearing aids to arrive. I am hoping that they help my hearing as much as they claim that they will.
Today was evaluation day. I know that my hearing in upper ranges (grandkids voices) is reduced and I am through with asking them to repeat themselves. The appointment taught me a lot about what and why I could hear but voice clarity was the issue . I appreciated all the information and actually look forward to my new hearing aids and all the technology that will help me. For first timers, you need to accept that they will change your daily life —— and of course that it does cost.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They’ve helped me for the last 3 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
