Dr. Lao was very thorough in her assessments and explanation of the results. She was very clear about options and next steps.
Dr. Lao is the best of the best. Super friendly, patient and professional. When I was first diagnosed as needing hearing aids, she explained all of my options and patiently answered all of my questions. She also allowed me to test drive a few different sets of hearing aids so I could figure out which were best for me and my lifestyle. Whenever I needed adjustments or repairs, Dr. Lao has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was done quickly, conveniently and with high quality.
I'm a nursing professor and Dr. Lao was a pleasure to work with. She was open to my many questions about brands and adaptive devices when later on i lost my hearing in my right ear. i highly recommend her
