This agency is extremely unprofessional, I would never work for them nor would I recommend anyone to work for them as well! I wish I could put 0 stars!
Dont even waist your time, and Shond or Shunda whatever her name is... Just RUDE ASL! I pray they get shut down because they dont understand anything, not helpful, ruthless, and fustrating. The entire run-a-round with all the apps and send this here and download this., and when you get confused or mess up they dont even try to break it down. They resend the insructions. Yeah this place will make you pull your hair out.
I called this morning 9/12/2024, to get some information and proof about a shift I worked in the past. The young lady that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. She was very nonchalant, and I seemed to have bothered her greatly by simply calling. I asked her did we need to PRAY, because there is no excuse for someone to be so angry and bitter at 8:30 in the morning in a work setting answering a phone, if you do not want to work in this industry find some other type of employment.
