I had an assessment with Dr Sarath. He provided clarity and understanding, I went to other psychiatrist’s and their answer was medication. Without arriving to the root cause. I found it hard to call up and speak to someone (to follow up). I’d call and receive an out of office hours message (keeping in mind I have called within their office hours). If the line is busy I’d be better if I could be held on the line or have the option for a call back.
Took 8 months to find me an appointment, when I told them I was not interested due to finding elsewhere because if the delay they claimed they tried to call me previously. Interesting how only messages I've received from them was the one at 8 months and none previous. Poor form. Do not recommend.
I was slugged $150.00 for non attendance after trying to contact them. They have gotten back to me and have put things in place to prevent it from happening again. I have been reimbursed the money and they were very understanding. I am working with my diagnosis now instead of trying to combat it and, well the meds are working. Gotta stay humble. Thank you Dr. Varuni De Silva.
I got a diagnosis after talking for about an hour,no formal testing.Meds prescribed which to be honest have helped.What was especially disappoint was not being able to contact them as I could not make the appointment,no email address and not able to leave message. I got slugged with a $150 for not attending
