Reception is meh. They will also hound you about any balance you have. Regardless of if it’s past due or just posted to your account. They will text, email and call you constantly. They will also wait to take your copay out, sometimes weeks. One time they let 3, $25 copays pile up (when I was under the impression they were taken at the time of the appointment) and pulled all three out at the same time. Thank you, just what I needed to help my anxiety. -_-

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I went to drop off some paperwork for an application I completed at the request of HR representative Joyce, following my earlier interview. Although I could have submitted the documents via email, she insisted it was urgent, so I went first thing in the morning. Joyce was extremely rude and kept me waiting for over an hour. During our interaction, she looked me in the eye and said, "You know I can deny you employment," simply because I was wearing gym clothes. This experie... read more

Terrible company to work for, employee mistreatment, other employees not doing there job playing on their phones the whole shift , company did not wanna pay me for the hours I worked after I quit and bad communication skills between employees an hr staff
