As the spouse of a veteran, I am extremely disappointed by the experience my husband had today at Precision urgent care clinic. My husband had been feeling unwell all day but pushed through his workday before heading to urgent care for treatment. Great medical assistance and service
We stood there almost 15 minutes before anyone noticed we were there mind you it was empty, the lady who finally came was rude my son is 18 and needed to be seen he dosent have an ID yet and is home schooled so he dosent have a school I’d so they refused care! We provided ss# my id his insurance card and they said they won’t see him without a picture Id and they were so rude about it I tried asking what else I could use and she just brushed me off and refused to listen and proceed to pick up the phone and said we’ll try down... read more
