We hired Dennis of Precision Handyman Services to replace the flooring, stand alone shower, and utility sink in our bathroom/laundry room combination. We are very happy with the result. He ran into an unexpected problem (rotten sub-floor that we didn't expect) but he was able to take care of that too and still finish the job in a timely manner. Dennis was one of a couple contractors we had come in to see if we could have a stand up shower put into our very old trailer. The other guys wanted nothing to do with it and said it would be way too expensive while Dennis took a quick peak and said yes no problem. He was able to fit us into his schedule and in a week we had our new stand up shower and paid a very fair price. Highly Recommend!
Dennis did an outstanding job replacing my parents’ front door and entry. The results were even better than I expected—clean, professional, and a huge improvement to the look and feel of their home. Dennis did a great job of figuring out how to fix the electrical issues in our house that was built in 1894. He was very professional and successful in providing the service we needed to update our electrical needs. I would recommend his company to anybody that needs electrical work.
