Worst experience of my life. I informed the stylist I had a sensitive scalp and it seemed to either provoke her or she didn't care. She was very rough while washing and blow drying. I yelled ouch several times but she kept hurting me. I should have just left but I hate being rude. My simple haircut was uneven and I left with more splits than I came in with. My scalp is still throbbing from her fingernails digging into me and and the intense heat of the dryer. Please don't go here.
