While the doctors are average, the reception staff are some of the rudest I have ever encountered. They will not resolve simple issues and will talk down at you for their mistakes. Honestly I would avoid this practice at all costs. There’s no concern even if their error means you’re referred to a debt collector.
Professor Miles Prince and his team do not only provide the most excellent advice and treatment, but deliver these with humanity, compassion and understanding. Would not trust my mother's care to anyone else. Simply the best.
