They'll get some good employees, but severely underpay them.. It's a fun place to work, and a friendly company to have installing gutters. Follow their Instagram page, they have a lot of fun with that.. They've got a couple employees that dont mind the low pay, and they're quality guys, but the money just isn't enough to keep on people who know their worth.
