I agree. This guy has horrible customer service. I will never go back to him. I have never been treated so bad by any company.
Think twice before going to this place. The owner was smug and acted as if he had better things to do than deal with my repair. (which was very simple). I took my gun in on a Monday morning and was not given an estimate nor a time frame for the work to be completed. I had to call several times before someone answered the phone and when I asked how much longer it would take I was informed that he would not lock himself into a time frame.
