Candace knows her stuff. I didnt know what to expect getting fitted for a custom knee brace but Candace made it easy. The measurements she took, sizing, and whatever else goes into getting this amazing knee brace was perfect. She is great to deal with. Super kind and knowledgeable. I will only recommend her now if anyone asks about custom knee braces. P.S. she has a very friendly good assistant named Tony. Good boy!
Candace was very professional and precise with her measurements of my knee brace. Her attention to detail was very good. She also was very friendly and welcoming plus answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the finished product and would recommend her to anyone who needs a brace fitted.
Candace repaired my custom foot orthotics by replacing the top cover and padding with brand new material. It’s so much easier to transfer them to and from different shoes now. Candace was great - friendly, helpful, and thorough - thank you!
I recently sprained my ankle and broke a bone at the same time. Candace fit a boot for me while the bone healed. After the break healed she recommended a lace up brace to give my ankle additional support while I worked on strengthening the area around the sprain. Recovery is going well. Very pleased with Candace's interventions.
