“Precision glass and shower” did multiple glass works with $100,000 in Westerville, Ohio. We did face issues and problems with their installation and called for repairs and adjustment in most cases they came back and took care except last issue we got! We did call and text many times about latest issue. Unfortunately Nothing done from February…it is end of May now! It seems Precision Glass doesn't care about customer service, any more! Precision Glass and Shower had great product knowledge, exceptional customer service a neat appearance and great prices. They completed the installation the first time and left my home cleaner than they found it. All in all a great experience for me and my family!!!
