I purchased a garage door opener and only needed someone to install it. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She proceeded to hint that what I ordered wasn’t good enough. That the opener wouldn’t work with 8 foot doors. Laughed and said that what you get when you didn’t order from us. She had NO IDEA exactly what I ordered!!! Nothing but the best at this place . Top Notch work, Christian values, and a smile to boot!
I had tried to get a piece of glass cut for furniture, but I had to make several calls about it and never could get them to commit to getting it done. Ended up calling another company and they are able to get it done and have it ready the next day. Perhaps this place is short staffed or just really busy? I dunno. But, gotta keep folks informed when they are trying to make a purchase.
