Needed some estimates to order glass for a table. I kept calling and it took about 3 - 4 weeks to get an answer. The office person had every personal excuse I'm the world for why she had not gotten an estimate. I would NOT recommend. They will not be doing the work.
I + / State Farm had my Windshield Removed/Replace here at Precision Glass Christiansburg Va on April 9/2026 . While removing/ Installing the Windshield it was Damaged- they Cracked my Dashboard in several Places !! See Pictures* I was told by the Body Shop it was done by Precision Glass while they were Removing out the old Windshield and Pressure being put on the dashboard when removing the Windshield ??!! I wouldn't ever trust using this company again. I took my 1976 mercury comet down here to have a new seal put around the windshield and, I was stuck here for 6 hours. Where as I was told it would be a 3 to 4 hour job and was kept being lied to by the owner. "saying oh they are working on it now". Eventually after 6 hours of waiting my car was finally pulled around and then I left for work.
